Policies

Clear from the start.

Moving your seat. Your seat may be moved to a later seminar at no charge. Seats are not refundable.
Free refresher. As a courtesy, you may retake a seminar once, free, within a year of your first, when there is space. Email hello@atelieravela.com.
Thanks for a referral. When a friend you referred attends a seminar, you may book one private conversation at $200, or attend together at the two-seat price. One thanks per friend.
Where our role ends. Self-harm, substance use and serious depression call for professional help. Find support.
